Last night, our Stafford Volunteer Fire Department duty crew took advantage of a beautiful evening to conduct multiple training evolutions focused on building skills, confidence, and teamwork!
π₯ Hose Line Operations: Our probationary firefighters continued refining their skills in pulling, advancing, and managing hose lines, reinforcing the fundamentals needed for effective fireground operations.
πͺ’ Rope Rescue & Stokes Basket Operations: Meanwhile, other crew members utilized Truck 1502 to practice rope rescue techniques and Stokes basket operations, strengthening their proficiency in patient packaging, rigging, and elevated rescue scenarios.
Training simultaneously across multiple disciplines allows our members to maximize their time together while developing the skills necessary to serve our community safely and effectively.
Whether itβs pulling hose or working off the ladder, proficiency comes through repetition, teamwork, and dedication!
