| It is with deep sorrow that the Stafford Volunteer Fire Department shares the passing of Life Member and Past President Victor DeBord, who passed away earlier this week.
Victor dedicated a significant part of his life to the Stafford Volunteer Fire Department and to serving the citizens of Stafford County. His commitment to our Department, his fellow members, and our community helped shape the organization we are today. His service as President and recognition as a Life Member reflect a lasting commitment to leadership, service, fellowship, and the traditions of our Department.
We extend our deepest condolences to the DeBord family, his friends, and all those who had the privilege of knowing and serving alongside him.
Victor’s service and contributions to the Stafford Volunteer Fire Department will not be forgotten. We are grateful for the legacy he leaves behind and for the path he helped pave for the generations of volunteers who followed.
Rest easy, Victor. We’ll take it from here.
