| Today, we celebrate and honor all the fathers who make a difference in the lives of others every day. To all the dads, stepdads, bonus dads, grandfathers, mentors, coaches, and father-like figures who provide guidance, support, and encouragement—thank you.
We are especially grateful for the fathers within our department who balance family life with their commitment to serving our community. Whether responding to emergencies in the middle of the night, attending training, or spending time away from home to help others, your dedication does not go unnoticed.
The lessons of leadership, integrity, hard work, and service that fathers pass on help shape the next generation and strengthen our communities.
