The Stafford Volunteer Fire Department is still taking scholarship applications until February 29. Stafford County Citizens who will be graduating high school this year and intend to pursue a course of study leading to a profession that nurtures growth or addresses the problems of a person’s physical, psychological, intellectual, emotional or spiritual well-being, including medicine, nursing, psychotherapy, psychological counseling, social work, education, life-coaching, ministry, or as a first responder are welcome to apply. Please see your high school counselor for the information sheet and required application.
