August 16, 2015

Engine 2 was the first arriving engine at a Residential Fire on Dent Rd. After laying out from the LDS Church on the corner, E2 found the delta side of the structure fully involved with the fire having spread to a car in the driveway. E2's crew made the interior attack on the ground floor while the ODC assumed command and Engine 9 connected the water supply. Rescue Engine 14 and Engine 9 personnel went to the second floor to open up the ceiling and prevent the fire from spreading to the attic. Quint 12 assumed the Rapid Intervention Team role. All departments and units worked well together to get the fire under control.
